What experience do I need to become a franchise owner with TherAnnu?

While prior experience in the spa, wellness, or similar industries is not mandatory, it is beneficial. Your role will be to oversee trained therapists and emphasize client service, management, people skills, team leadership, and collaborative spirit. It's advantageous if you have previous experience owning a business, working in customer-facing roles, or managing hourly employees. Ideally, you should have a FICO score of 720, at least $250,000 in liquid assets and a net worth of $900,000, as you plan to open a wellness spa with our brand.

What training is provided as part of the TherAnnu franchise program?

You will receive headquarters-based training for you and your key team members for a one-week duration. Subsequently, a member of our franchise team will spend up to 10 days with you at your location to help you and your team with your initial launch. We are committed to ensuring you can open a wellness spa in your area with confidence.

How much will a TherAnnu franchise cost me?

The estimated initial investment for a single unit ranges from $395,400 to $635,500. This includes a $35,000 initial franchise fee for a single territory agreement. Subsequent locations will receive a 25% discount on the Initial Franchise Fee.

Is financing available?

We do not provide debt financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.

Are there ongoing fees to pay?

Franchise owners pay a 7% royalty fee based on gross revenues. These fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services, training programs and more. For a full list of fees and requirements, and notes about flat fees, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Are there any advertising fees?

Franchise owners contribute 1% of revenues into the brand marketing fund. We use collected funds to develop marketing strategies, materials and campaigns to promote the TherAnnu Restorative brand. Franchise owners also spend the greater of $1500 or 5% of sales per month on local marketing. Franchise owners must spend a minimum of $5000 on grand opening marketing and promotions within the first 60 days of opening their spa. What is the term of the agreement?

The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
